In case of damaged and unusable product upon delivery, simply send an email to customer support inserting in the object The order number and the nominative used during the purchase.
The products must be packaged and wrapped according to the same criteria used when we shipped them to the sender. If applicable, 3 photos must be sent to verify that the product is intact and unused.
In case of return, the product in question must be returned within 30 days of arrival, with only shipping costs charged to the customer.
The return will be handled by the customer through the logistics chains present in the area.
Customer advice: We recommend checking the integrity of your order upon arrival. We recommend not accepting packages that are not in perfect condition.
